In the event of an alarm call, our control room will instantly report to our guards who will respond to the situation immediately. They will contact the police and will attend the premises to check if there is any evidence of any forced entry. In addition, our staff are able to liaise with the appropriate emergency or utility services and will remain in situ, until the building is completely secure and any issues have been satisfactorily resolved.
